Teteo App Terms of Use

Welcome to Teteo, operated by Teteo LLC ("us," "we," "the Company," or "Teteo"). Together you and Teteo may be referred to as the "Parties" or separately as the "Party."

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use and Conditions

By creating a Teteo account or using any Teteo service, you agree to be bound by:

• These Terms of Use
• Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safety Tips, and Community Guidelines, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement
• Any terms disclosed to you if you purchase or have purchased additional features, products, and all free services we offer

If you do not accept all these terms, you should not access or use the Service.

2. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and the Service occasionally. Changes may occur due to legal, regulatory, new features, or adjustments in business practices. The most recent version will always be posted on the Service under Settings and on our websites. If changes significantly impact your rights or responsibilities, we will notify you in advance through reasonable means, such as communication through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Eligibility

To register on Teteo and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you affirm that:

• You can form a binding contract with Teteo.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under US law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy, intellectual property, and anti-spam laws.
• You have not been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct.
• You are not required to register as a sex offender.
• You will use the most current version of the Service.
• You do not have more than one account on the Service and have not been previously banned.

4. Your Account

You can log in to Teteo using your phone number, Apple ID, or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at https://Teteo.app/contact-us.

5. Termination and Service Modification

We may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice, except where prohibited by law. You can close your account at any time through the Service. We may terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.

6. Interactions with Other Members

You agree to be respectful in your interactions with other members. You are solely responsible for your interactions and communications. Teteo does not conduct criminal background checks on members and does not verify users' identity or information. Exercise caution and follow our Safety Tips.

7. Rights Teteo Grants You

Teteo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service. This license does not allow for commercial use of the Service or its content without our written consent. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account.

8. Rights You Grant Teteo

By creating an account, you grant Teteo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of the Service. This license includes the right to sub-license and allows us to use your content for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the license granted to Teteo.

9. Community Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Solicit personal information or money from other users.
• Post content that is violent, hateful, or offensive.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Engage in harassment, stalking, or bullying.
• Post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

10. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your work has been infringed, please submit a takedown request at https://Teteo.app/contact-us. Include a description of the work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information.

11. Disclaimers

Teteo provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Teteo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not responsible for any user content.

12. Third-Party Services

Teteo is not responsible for third-party websites or resources linked from the Service. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teteo's liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Teteo during the 24 months preceding the date of your claim. Teteo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
